INDIVIDUAL MONITORING

1. When expected doses are high (such as in interventional radiology) - 2 monitors have to be worn. One at the neck + one under the apron.

2. Effective dose = 0.5*H W + 0.025*H N (where H W is the dose at the waist & H N is the dose at the neck).
