1. Articular vs. non-articular.
2. Inflammatory vs. non-inflammatory.
3. Acute vs. chornic.
4. Mono-arthritis (1 joint) vs. oligoarthritis (2-5 joints) vs. polyarthritis (> 5 joints).
5. Peripheral vs. axial.
6. Additive vs. migratory (joints that are involved improve and new joints become involved) vs. palindromic (recurrences and relapses).
