1. Presence of HLA-DR4 antigen
2. High-titer RF or anti-CCP antibodies,
3. Elevated acute phase reactants (ESR and CRP)
4. Multiple joint involvement (> 6)
5. Constitutional symptoms
6. Radiographic evidence of erosive disease
7. Extraarticular disease (rheumatoid nodules, vasculitis, lung involvement)
