1. Knees - quadriceps wasting, joint effusion, valgus deformity, Baker's cyst.
2. Stocking numbness - peripheral neuropathy, mononeuritis multiplex.
3. Foot drop - common peroneal nerve entrapment or vasculitis.
4. MTPJ swelling and subluxation + clawing of toes.
5. Achilles tendon rheumatoid nodules.
