CAUSES OF POST-STROKE SHOULDER PAIN

1. Inferior subluxation: increased gleno-humeral gap distance.
2. Rotator cuff tear: positive drop-arm & abduction test.
3. Impingement syndrome: painful arc (70 o - 90 o ).
4. Adhesive capsulitis: external rotation < 15 o
5. Bicipital tendonitis: positive Speed & Yergason's test.
6. CRPS Type 1 (RSD): positive MCP compression test & skin changes.
