PHYSIOLOGIC TREMOR

1. Normal patients have an physiologic tremor of frequency of ~ 10 Hz.

2. This normal tremor can be aggravated by anxiety, fright, hyperthyroidism, metabolic states such as hypoglycemia, drug withdrawal states, and certain drugs.
