MULTIPLE CRANIAL NERVE LESIONS

1. Unilateral CN 3, 4, 5, 6 - cavernous sinus lesion.
2. Unilateral CN 5, 7, 8 - CP angle lesions.
3. Unilateral CN 9, 10, 11 - jugular foramen lesions.
4. Bilateral UMN CN 9, 10, 12 lesion - pseudobulbar palsy.
5. Bilateral LMN CN 9, 10, 12 lesion - bulbar palsy.
6. Eye + facial muscle fatigue - MG.
7. Diplopia that does not conform to any CN pattern - orbital myopathy.
