GENERAL PARIETAL LOBE SIGNS

1. Sensory and visual inattention - inability to feel both sides simultaneously.
2. Visual field testing - inferior quadrantinopia.
3. Astereognosis - inability to recognize objects palced in the hands with the eyes closed.
4. Agraphaesthesia - inability to recognize letters or numbers drawn on the skin.
5. Abnormal 2-point discrimination - (normal: 3cm on the hands and feet, 0.6cm on the fingertips).
6. Dressing apraxia - inability to wear or button up clothing.
7. Constructional apraxia - inability to copy geometric patterns.
8. Spatial neglect - inability to fill in numbers on an empty clock face.
