2. Gl losses (vomiting and diarrhea)

3. Third spacing of fluid

4. Adrenal insufficiency (Addison disease) - low aldosterone causes renal Na + wasting and decreased K + and H + excretion, resulting in hypovolemia, hyperkalemia & metabolic acidosis.
