Acute increase:
1. ATN (especially if due to rhabdo)
2. Uremia
3. IV solutions
4. Rapid cell turnover (tumor lysis or acute leukemia)

Chronic increase:
5. Chronic kidney disease
6. Hypoparathyroidism
