1. With supportive care, ~90% resolve spontaneously within a few days.

2. Early enteral feeds have been shown to be superior to TPN in maintaining nutritional status.

3. High-protein, low-fat, semi-elemental formulas via nasojejunal tube are recommended.

4. Give systemic antibiotics only if there is established infection.
