GLUCAGONOMA

A glucagonoma is a glucagon-secreting, alpha-cell tumor of the pancreas that causes a unique set of clinical findings:
1. Scaly necrolytic erythema
2. Weight loss
3. Anaemia
4. Diarrhoea
5. Persistent hyperglycemia
6. Plasma glucagon (by RIA) usually > 1000 pg/dL
