1. Incidentally found on investigating hypercalcemia.

2. 80% due to parathyroid adenomas.

3. Osteitis fibrosa cystica - subperiosteal bone resorption with moth-eaten appearance to the radial side of phalangeal cortices on finger radiographs.

4. Symptoms - bones, stones, abdominal moans, psychic groans.
