1. Hx of head/neck radiation.
2. Famiy history of thyroid CA.
3. Age < 20 or > 70.
4. Male.
5. Growing nodule.
6. Firm.
7. Fixed.
8. Lymphadenopathy.
9. Symptoms of compression, dysphonia, dysphagia.
10. US features - microcalcifications, irregular margins, local invasion, lymphadenopathy, hypoechogenecity.
