LOWER LIMB VASCULAR EXAMINATION

1. Inspection - scars, amputation, atrophy, erythema, loss of hair, ulcers/wounds, discoloration.
2. Palpation - pitting oedema, temperature, capillary refill, pulses, venous filling (if possible).
3. Auscultation - abdominal, renal, femoral bruits.
4. Perform Buerger's test.
5. Test LL sensation.
6. Perform ABI.
7. Test urine for glucose.
