CLINICAL FINDINGS
1. Loss of hyponychial angle.
2. Schamroth's sign.
3. Interphalangeal depth ratio of 1:1 (DPD:IPD).

PATHOLOGY
Megakaryocyte + platelet emboli => trapped in the terminal capillaries of fingers and toes => release PDGF => fibrovascular proliferation => clubbing.
