ARRHYTHMIAS-MONOMORPHIC VT

1. Monomorphic VT is generally regular in rate and appearance.

2. Differentials - SVT with aberrant conduction, bundle-branch block, pacing, and QRS changes due to severe hyperkalemia.

3. The majority of patients with monomorphic VT have structural heart disease (particularly ischemic heart disease).
