RIGHT CORONARY ARTERY-BRANCHES

1. SA nodal artery - forms a vascular ring below the opening of the SVC. Supplies the SA node in 60% of patients.

2. Conus artery - passes up + medially on the conus of the right ventricle.

3. Right marginal artery - passes over right ventricle.

4. Posterior interventricular artery - runs along the IV groove towards the apex. In 10% of hearts this may arise from the LAD.

5. AV nodal artery - given off posteriorly, at the top of a characteristic kink. Supplies AV node.
