CIRCLE OF WILLIS-INTERNAL CEREBRAL ARTERY (ICA)

ORIGIN & COURSE
1. Emerges from the roof of the cavernous sinus.
2. Gives off the Opthalmic artery.
3. Curls back to lie on the front half of the roof.
4. Then turns vertically upwards towards the anterior perforated substance where it divides.

5. Opthalmic a.
6. ACA.
7. MCA.
8. Striate arteries.
9. PCOM.
10. Anterior choroidal.
