8. INFRAORBITAL NERVE - the maxillary nerve changes its name as it enters the infraorbital fissure.
- Emerging on the face, the infraorbital nerve lies b/w the levator labi superioris + levator anguli oris.
- On the face it gives proprioceptive supply to the facial muscles: palpebral branch, facial branch, labial branch (upper lip only).
