SUBMANDIBULAR GLAND-DUCT

1. Submandibular duct of Wharton is 5cm long and emerges from the superficial part of the gland near the posterior border of the MYELOHYOID.
2. It runs first b/w the MYELOHYOID + HYOGLOSSUS, then b/w the sublingual gland + GENIOHYOID.
3. It opens into the floor of the mouth beside the frenulum.
