1. O: distal third of anterior interosseous membrane + anterior fibula.
2. I: Its tendon passes beneath the superior + inferior extensor retinacula to insert into dorsal 5th MT base.
4. NS: deep peroneal n.
5. A: dorseflexion + eversion of foot.
